Quotenniskeen v. Doohamlet 3.30pm Culloville, Co. Armagh G. Mc Mahon

Is this part of the Adams/Paisley deal, did they give away Culloville?

If at first you don't succeed, then goto Plan B

thebandit

Yeah, and Monaghan are happily surrenduring Oram to the north  ;D

Aughnamullen v Toome match was abandoned last night with Toome 8 points up with 10 mins to play. Gary Wilson (Toome) was injured, ambulance came, ref wanted to restart and Aughnamullen wouldn't .....

So what's the predictions for Sat evening then lads? Should be no motivating required by the Banty, or indeed Colm Coyle for that matter... I'd say you're man Mark Ward was hopin for any other team but Mon...  :-[

Anyways, Lennon will be a big miss in MF as Duffy definitely has the kicking distance to put the ball into Lennons hands, eve in CP.. Dick would be my first option replacement with Benny waiting in the wings, he's proven to be a great impact sub. I'm not sure about the FB position, Darren Hughes has been good there this year but when he's not on song the FB line seem to stutter. As someone said James Coyle is only good under the high ball and lacks a bit of pace. Vinney Corey definitely has pace IMHO and I feel he's a natural HB player and is a bit of a waste in the FB line, no disrepect to any back line player! The big pitch should definitely suit Tommie, Hanratty and Smyth as longas they are delpoyed correctly (i.e. time runs, don't come too deep etc.)

  Here's to another Farney win!!

What's the news on Lennon, how long is he out for?

Haven't heard if broke the jaw or not. Typical Banty not naming the team until last minute.

A win would be good to get another good competitive match in before the championship in mid june. But it wouldn't be the end of the world to lose.

Anyone see the club fixtures....3 senior matches, 1 junior B and 1 junior C for us in the space of 5 days over the bank holiday weekend in May (Sat to Wednesday). Hardly makes sense to have players playing all these games in such sort period.

Can anyone give me directions from Castleblaney to Latton?

Well what can be said about that performance???? A total inability to deal with long high balls in at the start fo the game and seemingly a phobia about actually kicking the ball over the bar or even under it....I just hope they used up their yearly quota of shocking wides cause it was unreal....

farniel

Yeah 16 wides. I can only hope thats the brutal performance of the year out of the way  :-\ :-\

What can one say about that....

Duffy 6
Morgan (unlucky) 5
Flanagan 5
Corey 6
D Mone 8
McQuaid 6
Manzie 5.5
Dick 5
Jap 6
JP Mone 5.5
Jinxy 7
D Freeman 4
T Freeman 5
C Hanratty 7
S Smith 6

B McKenna 5.5
R Woods 5
Nudie 6
P Meegan 7
D Hughes 6

Twas poor stuff, having said that there is hope, Hanratty would scare any defence, Dessie had a fine game, the Freemans will improve, Morgan and Smith looked nervous, and there is more in them, Meegan can make an impact from the bench
