Waterford beating Cork by 11 points in All Ireland semi final after being 2 points behind mid way through 2nd half. Barron and a wonder goal from Austin Gleeson in 2 magic minutes turned the game and we could enjoy last few minutes knowing it was won.

Mine was beating Westmeath. Armagh were up against it, but Westmeath just could not convert their chances. A nice road trip down, good weather and the win took us on a journey to Croke Park.

As the captaincy passed between players each year she had to wait 15 years to captain the team. Captain in '02 and now 2017. Ní bheidh a leithéid ann aris.

Other than Armagh beating Tipp and Kildare, I'm struggling to remember any sort of highlight in 2017.

The Hill is Blue

My GAA highlight of 2017 is the emergence of Con O'Callaghan as the most promising dual star since Jimmy Barry Murphy.
