Post by: Dinny Breen on May 14, 2010, 06:39:27 PM
Currently in Oregon and would love to see the Carlow v Wicklow game, does anyone know of any sites that might carry the game, i know rte.ie will be showing the game but masking my IP not really an option.

welcome to the wider world. If you aren't in the UK, Oz or US, you can forget about it. You can't even buy it legally outside these countries.

As a former resident of Portland, I always went to Kells in downtown Portland to watch games.
Friendly Antrim man owns the bar. Great spot if you havn't been before.

I usually needed to stay up on a Saturday night to make the 7 30am throw in though...................

it is a bit of a balls, typical FFIINN Croke Park, Talk about promoting the games globally, $20 per game on setanta, $40 per Sunday is a bot too much for my liking. I used to do the annual subscribtion it was around $150 for entire year, at this rate that would now go to $400-$500 for the championship.

any ideas how to get an irish IP. That appears to be only solution.

I don't think Wicklow v Carlow is being shown live.

I see there are a few links up on Myp2p to watch online.

The second link for the Kerry Tipp game  gives better sound, though the  images move at a speed of 4 frames/sec.
Better than nothing.
