What ever happened to Rikishi, Scotty too Hotty et al?

longball

Following his release, Scotty 2 Hotty began competing on the independent circuit once more. Most recently, he has reunited with Brian Lawler to reform Too Cool. Too Cool are now regulars in the UWF. According with TNA Mobile, TNA was in talks with Scotty 2 Hotty and Lawler, but Scotty 2 Hotty stated in an interview that he has never been contacted by TNA ever since his departure from the WWE.

In June, Scotty 2 Hotty appeared at the CLASH wrestling (Collective League of Adrenaline, Strength, and Honor) NPCI tournament, in which the first ever World Tag Champions would be crowned, and teamed with CLASH Champion Cameron Skyy. The team lost in the first round to Tommy Tydie and J. Miller. In August 2008, Scotty 2 Hotty changed his ring name simply to "Scotty" for Eastern Pro Wrestling matches. On October 3, 2008, Scotty 2 Hotty teamed with Owen Graichen in a loss to Fred Curry and Chris Venom in which the loser of the fall was forced to leave EPW for 60 days. Scotty 2 Hotty lost the fall, but was contractually obligated to wrestle Hingham, Massachusetts fireman Chris Dinapoli(himself with in-ring pro wrestling experience) the next night, but it was changed to a tag team match with Scotty 2 Hotty and Dinapoli defeating Jonny Idol and Nick Steele. Scotty 2 Hotty had to start his 60 days away from EPW after that match.

Good times back in the day, The Rock has some legendary quotes and his interviews were hilarious

"Do you like pie Michael (cole)? Well take a nice big piece of pie, shine it up real nice, turn that some b***h sideways and stick it straight up your candy a**!!!!"  :D

WWE are expected to announce today the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale AZ as the location for WM26 - taking place on March 28, 2010

Was at the Raw show in Nashville last night and another solid show, as is usually the case this time of year. Jericho segment stealing the show again i reckon with great support from Steamboat.
Christian/Swagger match worth catching and prob best match of the night. Hopefully Christian'll get a better deal in the draft.
Dunno if it was noticeable on tv but Jamie Noble was badly injured and had to be carted off on a spinal board during the break. You could tell live they were scrambling to improvise and had to have the jericho-steamboat confrontation on the entrance rather than the ring to give the paramedics time with Noble. Hopefully its nothing career threatening.

Was checking out a few videos from the 90's...funny!

The likes of Bobby 'The Brain' and Jimmy Hart (Mouth of the South) were a laugh.

QuoteFormer WWE Superstar Andrew "Test" Martin passed away last night at his home in Tampa, Florida at the age of 33, just four days away form his 34th birthday. We don't have many more details right now, but reports say he was found in his apartment. Tampa area authorities have declined to confirm it is Martin but word within the wrestling industry has been widespread.

Martin was suspended under the WWE Wellness Policy back in 2007 and shortly released from his contract. Martin made a few appearances for TNA that year and talked about retiring from the business but has made several appearances overseas since then, working a match in Japan last month. Martin was scheduled to leave this for a wrestling tour of Europe.

We will keep you updated with more details as they come in. Our deepest condolences go out to Martin's friends and family.

Oh my  :o

I havent even read the full article you just posted but I'm in shock.  In a sad way, we as fans should be used of hearing this sort of thing.  It happens all too often.

RIP Andrew "Test" Martin

Including recent exgirlfriend Kelly Kelly.
He could fairly pull the ladies obviously between her and stacy keibler.
