Was looking at Chris Cornell's twitter. Lots of photos from his shows over last week. Looked in great shape. Apparently played a gig last night. RIP.

Suicide

Wow.

You'd think someone like that has it all, but you never know what's going on in their life or in their head.

Fantastic singer and front man. Such a shame.

There'll be a few former females at Fox opening bottles of wine early today

Former females? Things must have been bad when they changed sex just to get away from him.

missed the word "colleagues"

His wife has stated that she spoke to him twice after the show and he didn't seem in anyway suicidal. I'm expecting this is going to be in Carradine/Hutchence territory. Sad, stupid news either way. 2 teenage kids and an 11 year old.

How tragic.  God help the kids in the difficult years to come.

Owen Brannigan

The death of an Irish tradition on the decision of a bishop out of touch with the community and believing in his authority over others:

Expect this to expand beyond Kerry.  Not enough priests is not an excuse, funerals can be ministered by the new lay ministers without a Mass which can be held at another time if wanted.

Tony will think it's a great idea.
The bishop said it so it must be a great idea

Quite an historic day in film history with the first Bond to pass away.
All the Bond girls are still alive.

Wasn't David Niven a Bond? He passed away years ago.

Barry Nelson on TV and Bob Holiness on radio who both played James Bond are also dead.
