Talks about the counterproductiveness of nonsense like Madonna was coming out with and that rat Richard Spencer getting punched, but I particularly like the last two about finding some focus (GOP did this with Obamacare and the tea party - this piece recommends the same) and keeping an eye on issues that matter, instead of letting everything slip by due to Trump's personality freakshow drowning everything out.

Exactly!!!!! That's what I've been saying all along. Focus on key issues that matter to people, and put forward policies to address them. The sooner Trump is a footnote the better, but if Dems think this was some sort of fluke then they are going to get caught again.
