As one-sided as expected. Slaughtneil might have at least given Corofin a game.

Well done Corofin.

Any word on attendance today? I wonder if the rugby will affect Cuala's support

galwayman

Congrats Corofin. Showed their class again today.
Croke Park really suits their style of play.
Some of the interplay in the first half was exceptional.

GalwayBayBoy

Well done to Corofin. They have a Crossmaglen style stranglehold on the Galway county championship which isn't great but hard to begrudge them when they play such brilliant football. Especially suited to a big pitch and good surface like at Croke Park.

Nemo were slight favourites with some of the bookies before the game. an outstanding display by Corofin everything clicked for them on the day.

A great time for GAA in Galway.

Minor and U21 Connacht champions 2017. Best senior club side in Ireland in Corofin,Galway senior footballers into the Div one final and the current minor and senior All Ireland hurling champions.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Cunny Funt

HT Na Piarsaigh 0-8 Cuala 0-6. Good competitive final

I'd seen enough of Corofin to know they were likely to win this one with something to spare. Nemo were the greenhorns in this equation. If they ever get back to the AI final they'll be better for this experience.

Cuala goal in the 4th minute of injury time FT Na Piarsaigh 1-16 Cuala 1-16.

Last 20 min and ET of the hurling was very good. Ref let a lot go

An Fhairche Abu

Ref left the whistle in his pocket to a ridiculous extent in ET.

Corofin brought a level of performance that was hard to believe, I don't think there's a club team in the country that would live with them in that form, Nemo were just the unfortunate opposition today.

How many corofin players will be added to Galway panel now?

People think its codology but there is no way that galway are not gearing up to challenge soon.
