Watching the remake of the classic 1951 "The day the earth stood still" not bad so far, seem to have stuck by the original storyline and kept Gort pretty much the same, well he is a lot taller and Black instead of silver.

Not sure if I would recommend it, but not as good (so far) as the original which is one of my favourite si-fi films

How did it turn out?
Is it worth downloading?

Went and saw Valkryie lastnight, not the biggest fan of Tom Cruise but a good film non the less, well worth a watch and kills a couple of hours, wish Bryan Singer would direct more movies like this...

If I tell you then it's just for educational purposes not for furthering your pirate ambitions.

Yes it is possible to download subs with the tv show/movie. But it has to say in the info that english subs are available in the download.
I see that often enough with tv shows and movies..
Hard subs are embedded into the film
Soft subs are a separate file
Usually a  srt file.
If you use VLC (freeware) as your player then you can select the srt file for subs.

file
open file
load subtitle file
click settings for time delay or time advance, if and when appropriate
(sometimes the subs are not in sync).
Other than that, you can download the subs from another site which provides subtitles.
Just do a search.

Saw 2 films over the weekend probably been mentioned before... Slumdog Millionaire I thought was excellent i'd give it 9/10.  Got Zack and Mary make a Porno out on Sunday and I thought it was really funny...there's a scene with a tiny dog (not porn just a funny scene) I nearly died laughing!

Had recently seen 'Fargo' so got my hands on 'Burn After Reading' and 'The Man Who Wasn't There'.  Impressed by all 3.

If you haven't seen The Big Lebowski it should be next on your list...
