Love the controversy in the Carrickmore relegation story, I'm not sure if the poster actually believes it but it was good entertainment this morning.   Carrickmore are a middle of the road side currently they will place between 5th and 9th and that's where they are right now as a club.  I don't see them winning a championship or making the top 4 in the league if they do it will be a good season.  Championship progress is very much dependant on the draw

DON'T FEED THE TROLL

Are you calling me a troll?  I wasn't the poster saying they will be relegated.  I was giving an honest assessment of where I feel Carrickmore are ranked as a club in Division 1 which isn't close to relegation.  Saying I don't think Carrickmore will win a league or championship isn't trolling its my opinion.  I would say the same of probably 10 clubs in the division.

No, I wasn't suggesting you are a troll; merely feeding the troll who suggested Carrickmore would get relegated.

For the past few years, the U14 and Minor Seasons have began Mid February to March Time. With possibly less than 4 Weeks until start of these Seasons, no Grades or start dates have been announced. Anyone shed any light on this? Problems on the Hill?

I was wondering the same and awaiting fixtures, I was told there was to be a meeting this week so I contacted CB but haven't heard anything, if they are planning on changing the structure of underage football they should have given people more time to plan and adjust
I'm trying to decide on a really meaningful message..

I heard that Hughes taking the Moortown job did not go down too well in cookstown - told them he hadn't time to take youth teams now he's down reeling lines round the battery!

Anyone know what a Credo Gold Award is? There's a presentation at Garvaghey this Thurs with Aogan O'Farrell but can't find anything on google about it.

PMG1

The Credo Gold Award is a new initiative by our county chair to award people who have given 50 years service to their club, very good idea.  There is also a silver award for 25 years, each club could nominate 2 people, I think it will be an annual thing.

I wonder why you're wondering. 🤔😁

I think it'll be an annual thing but the Clubs to do their own event from here in.
