The defensive frailties were blatantly obvious during the second leg of the UEFA Cup tie against Seville last season when we conceded two silly goals that no competent Pub side would concede in the opening minutes and lost the tie and the trophy in the process.

7 months on and things are getting worse instead of better

Oh My God! Is this guy serious?
This is the team that was going to push Arsenal out of the top four!!

Ex-Tottingham 'hardman' Sherwood said last night that Tottenham showed their quaility only when they went 2 down!
He reckons Zakora is brilliant and has a lovely shape - I wonder what he would say about Fabregas ??

Sherwood fairly gave Spurs a going over on Setanta in fairness. You'd never hear the like of it on Sky Spurts. Paul Robinson was squirming like a young lad in the principal's office with his parents.

It could only happen at the Lane - Chapter 202!

Can't complain about Robbie Keane though.

I bet Chris Hughton stays and will be holding that board for the next manager.

It looks like Houghton has been sacrificed as well.

Spurs have over achieved for the last 2 seasons (under Martin Jol) and their fans want to believe that they can surpass their arch rivals (Arsenal) in the premiership.

They have to face 2 realities of the modern game

1. You can not buy success, without a billonaire owner.

2. British players rarely justify theirt transfer fees, (Darren Bent)

Tottenham need to prepare a long term policy, which entails employing a manager who  wouldn't take that kind of sh*t from Berbatov,  & stop making scape goats of their managers.
Never underestimate the power of complaining

Juande Ramos, who resigned as Seville's coach and just got a four year contract with the Spuds. The Spuds have also asked Leeds if Gus Poyet can be invited as Ramos' assistant.

I'd liike to see him in some role in the next management team. He was an assistant to Kerr, wasn't he?

Gabriel_Hurl

another last minute winner against the Spuds

i shouldn't really laugh

Very apt, as they are looking like the new Leeds.
