Liverpool are only 31 points ahead of Totteringham after 21 games. Spuds won't qualify for the CL at this rate.  8)

The Spuds don't have to finish ahead of Liverpool to qualify for the CL! They only have to do better than a pile of average mid-table sides and finish 4th!

They are only 9 points off 4th!

Ambrose

Only 9 points off fourth. Kane out for the best part of the season, Eriksen clearly doesn't want to be there and Son when he's not trying to end opposition players careers couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo.

Do you fancy a €20 bet that they don't qualify for the CL?

You were comparing them to Liverpool when qualifying for a CL spot. A ridiculous comparison this season! If you give me the 11/2 odds that Paddy Power are offering, I'll bet €20!

Ambrose

I'm not Paddy Power.

You're comparing Spuds to a pile of mid table sides, so you must be confident they'll qualify. Make it €50 and we'll donate the money to a charity of the winners choice.

I gave you the odds and money I was willing to go in at, take it or leave it!

Confirmed.

Nuno Espirito Santo has signed his contract as new Tottenham manager until June 2023,

The search for a replacement for Mourinho was pure slapstick

Any spurs fan advise.

Goin to a game and staying the night a group of us. Be there the Saturday night so was looking for an area/Hotel that's good but handy by public transport to the game so a tube line that would leave u at stadium. Or other suggestions welcome

Don't stay anywhere near Tottenham. It's a vile place.

The best tube stop is Seven Sisters. Still maybe a mile to the ground. It's on the Victoria Line, which dissects central London, and means you can stay pretty much anywhere in town that takes your fancy. Allow 15-20 mins on the tube from central London, and 15-20 mins walk from the station.

Thanks

A mile to the ground sounds a little bit fat is there an alternative?

thewobbler

There's an overground station that's closer. But it's not worth the hassle. By the time you change trains and wait around, then find yourself surrounded by a couple of thousand slow moving sloths who won't walk anywhere out of choice, you'll have more than lost the 15-20 mins to walk a mile.

By the way, while most English clubs have a tube stop that is physically closer, in terms of time you're talking a few minutes of walking. It's the best part of half a mile walk around these grounds. You can get lucky and just happen upon your section's entrance. But usually not.
