Any of you lads know anything about the Ladies football? My club is playing Truagh Gaels in the Ulster Junior final on Sunday and any info would be much appreciated thanks!

Heard bad enough reports about him at Fermanagh... basiclly the players stumbled across a method of playing and it got them to an AISF replay.

Sounds like a good ticket though in fairness. Paddy Tally would be some coup! Why he has been in the inter county wilderness for the last few years is beyond me he's supposed to be class!

On maggie? She's a good Tyrone woman, so yeah.

No way that is myth and Urban legend!!! I reuse to believe it. Next you'll be talking about 'well mannered Tyrone men' as if they exist too!

General discussion / Re: drinks that make you vom

Hmmmmm drink that makes me vom... well tequila has done it, they still talk about the time I projectile vomitted in the front room when I was handed a glass of 'water' which was actually vodka. Aftershock and Sambuca have both made me vomit as well as a bad feed of Guinness one night... why do I do it?

I can't beat 19 Aftershocks but I know a fella who used to drink in the nightclub I worked in who would fill a pint glass with 15 Aftershock ad down it... how his stomach is still intact I will never know!

Glenullin played Newtownbutler in Celtic Park last year.

D'oh! Well that's probably because they're the only North Derry team to win it in a while. As far as I know all the South Derry teams tend to use Glen or Ballinascreen.

Any links heffo? I've looked but can't find any to the older games, just the recent ones.

Thank God Armagh is a civilised county. Tyrone & Derry should be shut down for 12 months

Derry clubs have never played their games at home venues either. Usually Glen or Ballinascreen has been used in the past. I don't even think Celtic Park has been used for them either!

Saw Tropic Thunder the other night and it's one of the funniest films I've ever seen. To be honest I found myself falling over laughing at times when the rest of the cinema could barely manage a smile but it has so many subtle jokes in it that will have your stomach in knots.

Robert Downey jnr playing an Australian who plays a black man in a Vietnam movie has to be seen and heard to believe. Great show!

The Scottish national soccer team I remember reading wore pink jerseys in the late 19th century and possibly early 20th.

I think we should start a thread on how good your memory is!!

McCloy doesn't sit on the Committee.

As for the Ballinderry bans I don't think any of the players did anything untoward so can't see it having much of an impact on their Ulster campaign.

Remind me again who the only London Premiership club to win a major trophy in 2008 is?

Wasps?

Great answer and too true!
