This year it is centred on an Indian/Pakistan family.

The 'oul boy in the house is a funny as fcuk.

Anyone else see him last night trying to fill the hole so as the rats couldnt get in

Anyone see this last night?

Couldnt understand how some people were more interested in recording the whole event over everything else like getting the fcuk out of the area

Was disappointed that it didnt show the 2nd plane crashing into the building (not in a morbid way) from a different perspective

The Heidelberg Rugby Club has been banned for 15 years after fans went on the rampage at a club match in Mossel Bay on August 1. rugby365 brings you the evidence!

Several people were wounded when hooligans ran onto the pitch with knives, broken bottles and pipes following Mossel Bay's victory over Heidelberg.

Criminal charges have been laid.

Very difficult case
If he had just got up & shot the burglar I would agree with his actions 100%, cant remember all the facts but heard something about the burglar being stuck etc as well as Tony Martin lying in wait with a pump action shotgun which would make me have slight reservations about his actions.........
What would you do?
I think I would have done something similar to Martin, but wouldnt be discussing it close to the 10 year anniversary

TONY MARTIN has declared that he has no remorse about shooting dead a teenage burglar at his remote farmhouse 10 years ago.

The 64-year-old farmer insisted he was right to kill Fred Barras, 16, and seriously injure Brendan Fearon, 31, after they broke into his home.

Martin lay in wait with a pump-action shotgun on August 20, 1999, at Bleak House in Emneth Hungate, Norfolk. His home had been repeatedly raided.

The vigilante said: "I don't have any regrets at all - I don't see why I should.

"It was forced upon me and it would appear it wasn't a bad idea to happen.

Problem "We had no law and order and if I'm responsible for shooting those people, the police are equally culpable."

And Martin insisted little had changed in 10 years.

He said: "The police play this game where they say if you've a problem, give us a ring. When you do ring, they tell you why they can't do anything. "

His conviction for murder in April 2000 was reduced to manslaughter on appeal and he was released in 2003.

He added: "I've no more regrets than people who break into people's houses."

NEARLY half the population is overweight, according to a new survey.

While many women spend hours reading magazines in the hope of finding a new miracle diet, it seems their husbands and boyfriends only need to look in the mirror.

Some 61pc of Irish males admitted to being overweight, compared to 39pc of women, according to the survey conducted by Hibernian Aviva Health.

More than 5,000 people took part in the online survey, which used the body mass index (BMI) system.

BMI is a useful tool that compares a person's weight and height, to help establish what a person's ideal healthy body weight should be. A BMI greater than 25 is considered to be overweight while anything above 30 is considered obese.

"Irish males are great believers that their problems will go away if they don't think about them," said GP Stephen Murphy, a member of the Hibernian Aviva health medical council.


Denial

"Many of them are stuck in that little boys' mode of shutting their eyes and wishing their problems away and that can be particularly detrimental to their health."

A total of 48pc of the people surveyed admitted to being overweight or obese, while almost a quarter confessed to doing no exercise at all. "With almost half of the Irish adult population being overweight, these figures are extremely worrying," said Dr Murphy.

"Regular exercise in conjunction with a healthy diet from a young age will have a huge benefit to your health in later years and it is never too late to start a healthier approach to life."

The most overweight counties in the survey, where the percentage of overweight respondents was the highest were: Tipperary (58pc), Limerick (55pc), Wexford (54pc), Carlow (52pc), Louth (52pc). The 'slimmest' were Kerry (41pc), Monaghan (44pc), Longford (44pc), Leitrim (45pc) and Laois (45pc).
