I have had 4 x 500ml bottles of Peroni and 2 330ml bottles of Corona, relax about the calories.

Fella in work just joined a gym and they asked him if he drank much and says he does but he only drinks Coors Light! The personal trainer laughed in his face!

We actually had this conversation in work the other day and a 330ml bottle is about 100 cals v 150-200 cals for a regular beer.

Mind you at even 100 v 150 it means that 3 Coors Light = 2 regular beer. Over a good night's drinking i..e. 7 -9 pints it could be a significant saving calorie wise

Calorie counting, drink stout if you want to cut down on calories, you wont feel light in the loafers, you will get a buzz and your genitalia will actually still hang outside of your body, that coors light is served to three year olds in bars in Wisconsin. 

In fairness, the light beer over here is far less strong than in Ireland.
