Quote from: jcpen on April 14, 2024, 06:26:45 PMBayer Leverkusen have been crowned Bundesliga Champions for the first time in their history.

So only eleven in a row for Bayern then.

It's f**king depressing. Year after year Petrostate FC sweeping up all around them.

So much for pinning our hopes on Arsenal!

Quote from: mrdeeds on April 14, 2024, 03:58:53 PMIs it not more a case of high energy football, loads of games and injuries catching up on them?

Have they not a full squad to pick from?

No. Thiago and Matip out for season, five or six other players on way back. Did the likes of TAA and Jota look sharp to you after they came on?

Salah looks jaded. Endo has been off it the last few weeks.

Excuse FC

Stunning bit of gobshitery there.

Quote from: jcpen on April 14, 2024, 03:59:33 PMThat's that for Liverpool I reckon, even though they missed some great chances today they looked a really tired team. I think Man City will canter home to another title now.

I think Arsenal can do it. They've looked really impressive past two months.

Full team for Thursday then?

Quote from: tonto1888 on April 14, 2024, 03:18:52 PMThe klopp era fizzling out. I'm not sure announcing he was leaving when he did was a good idea
Had to be all about him.

What kind of idiotic statement is this??

Can't fault them for effort, but story of the season, just not clinical enough.

No hope in the league now. Hope Arsenal do it!

Well done Palace. Should be safe now.

That said, it could be at least 3-3 today

BBC just said last two games, so far, Liverpool have an XG of 4.59 and zero scored.

I think the title is gone regardless of whether Liverpool come back and win this.

Liverpool need to win out, but you can't squeeze through by the skin of your teeth every single week. Sooner or later you're going to fall short.

They've been better in the last 20 minutes, and have created a few decent chances, but they look so vulnerable to the quick one touch football Palace are playing from midfield up. Palace have always done well down Liverpool's right side, but they're really exploiting that space between Konate and Bradley when Bradley pushes up. I can't see Klopp changing the formation, so I'd expect changes

Trent and Elliott on?

f**king hell - Palace are playing Liverpool off the park so far
