Very intersting Tribunal decision published recently.

Well worth a read for those wishing to make up thier minds about the 'new' PSNI

Are you Protestant or member of an ethnic minority who met the entry criteria but couldn't be accepted because the 50/50 rule meant you couldn't due to insufficient Catholics meeting the criteria and joining?

I'm afraid I can't see what relevence this has do to with this particular Tribual decision.

I'm simply curious to see if people regard the disgraceful treatment meted out to a fella by PSNI superiors simply because he had the temerity to get engaged to and then marry a Catholic girl is an isolated incident in the 'new' PSNI or a percieved as a continuation of the old RUC regime
