I'll get me coat.

But it reeks of owners who've bled the club dry and not one bean of their money will ever be spent on Manchester United.

How can you say that, just the £2.1bn in player acquisitions since they bought the club

Armagh extremely unlucky to not win at least 1 of those pen shootouts this last 2 years. I think McGeeney  is getting thr best out of what he has at his disposal. Can anyone else get anymore I doubt it to be honest. Kildare thought a change if management would push them on but it didn't, McGeeney got the best out of them also. Armagh should stick with him in my opinion. And I'm not an Armagh man. Your competitive with every team you go up against. Can't ask for much more than that.

Hard to see where to go from here.

I wonder what will come out of the strategic review  :o

That's the thing about strategic reviews, they are dependent on who is writing them and who is reading them. Here's my strategic review, we still haven't upped our game at inter county under age level.

Do you think we (antrim players) prefer the club over the county? Because, even at underage, the best players are still not all involved, and that's not down to the mentors

That is a huge issue but a lot of that comes down to the environment, if our development squads are really top quality places to be involved in and be around then kids will go to them and parents will buy in.

If we continue paying lip service to them then we will continue to get the current levels of interest.

To be fair they have improved but there is still a long way to go.

Have lost all faith with ITV X and don't bother with it, maybe its the broadband we have or I've looked at some reasons being the TV isn't up to speed, or whatever, but I'm not alone when it comes to the quality of their streaming

All of the above plus spectator/s from what I have been told.

At the moment, I can't see Armagh getting out of this group. Don't know how the players pick themselves up

Quote from: APM on Today at 08:35:55 AMDid Armagh do anything overly different in the last quarter compared to the rest of the game. Not really. They sat back and defended they whole way through. They gave Donegal the kickout the whole way through. They were patient in attack the whole way through.

Difference was they were turned over a number of times in the Donegal half. Mackin following a loose pass that skidded away from him, McCabe in the corner, Campbell (off the ground that wasn't). They had a couple of shots drop short and a couple of wides.

Was a period of Donegal dominance not to be expected? They also got a couple of outrageous scores. They are two evenly matched teams after all.

This is the point I was trying to make. We didn't do much different at all. Donegal just upped their game, got a couple great scores and momentum shifted
