But sure as I said the punditry is terrible...namecheck Dan Flynn and Feely, then say we have great players and shouldn't be down here...

Like Flynn has been poor for 2 seasons and there are newer lads in who are really not up to it.

Also, how did the GAA promote rugby? If memory serves me there was no press nights in some hurling counties in recent years...the rugby lads have a Captain's Run with all media there and people chatting.

HURLING MEN are very sensitive.

It's quite sad watching this small demented section of Irish society dragging the tricolour through the dirt with their march of hate. Truly shameful.

Laois / Re: 2024 Joe McDonagh Cup

A good win over Kerry.

We are on course to top the table so they have achieved their objectives so far. They were comfortable winners in the end. Maher happy with the win but admits the performance could have been better.

Laois are playing with a confidence at the moment and they will need it, if indeed we do meet Offaly again in the final.

Aaron Dunphy also taking the captaincy in his stride and showing great leadership.

Quote from: imtommygunn on May 06, 2024, 04:55:20 PMKildare have much better players than anyone else there then second you would likely have down. Sligo aren't bad and could put the cat amongst the pigeons.
I would have Down ahead of Kildare on the basis they have players who have experienced a final in Croker already and the fact they have a number of Kilcoo players who have the experience of winning big games in croker.  Kildare have flattered to deceive for a long time now.

Likewise  ;D

Still if we beat Dublin and Carlow we would(most likely) go through so the Dublin game is a must win and tbh anything could happen in it.

Quote from: Tyrone12345 on May 03, 2024, 11:58:56 AMJunior league starting this weekend. What are we thinking this year? Killeeshil very hard to look past, expecting a big year from them. In terms of dark horses, I'd be looking at drumquin and glenelly. Two good young sides with plenty of quality.

Eskra vs Killyman
CNG vs Augher
Strabane vs Derrytesk
Urney vs Killeeshil
Glenelly vs Brackaville
Aghaloo vs Tattyreagh
Donaghmore III vs Brocagh
Errigal III vs Drumquin

Full house

The anti-fa weirdos could hardly muster 200 for their big 'counter-protest', whereas the right-thinking ones had several thousand, despite what you and the 'legacy media' would like people to believe. And you just keep posting links from the same media? Come on, pal - it's old hat, and people are seeing through it.
