Gerry Grosvenor from Omagh.

I never knew the Duke of Westminster was born in Omagh.
Maybe he was the money-man behind Club Tyrone.
At least he lived to see Canavan with Sam

R2-D2 actor Kenny Baker

I was lucky enough (through friends) to enjoy a night out with Kenny a few years ago when there was a Star Wars Exihibition on at  C5 in the Odessey Complex.

He enjoyed a good drink if I recall correctly. It all got a bit blurry after awhile.

Never underestimate the power of complaining

Always remember his class goal for Villa v Wimbledon!

What happened? Sounds very strange.

I think I remember him raving about playing alongside John Sheridan (Sheffield Weds?), such was the quality of passing of the latter.

Two police officers are under criminal investigation after the death of former Aston Villa star Dalian Atkinson who died after he was shot with a Taser.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission said the West Mercia officers had also been served with gross misconduct notices.

Mr Atkinson died shortly after being shot following an altercation in Meadow Close, Trench, in Telford on Monday.

A post-mortem examination has proved inconclusive.
