I find stories of members of 1951 Mayo squad dying quite distasteful... I subtext of Mayo curse over... not sensitive to families.

Agreed. But it should be pointed out that the death was posted here to mark the man's passing, as would happen with any dual All-Ireland winner. Subsequent questions about the curse are distasteful but sadly all too common

Sadly GAA Board passed away quietly on Thursday 4th February 2016 surrounded by friends and family.

The miracle of resurrection occurred Friday 5th February 2016.
