I see Mickey Harte is complaining about the challenge on Peter Harte yesterday.

"I think that would annoy me more than anything," he said.  "He (Peter Harte) didn't even get a free for something which forced him to leave the field on crutches"

It's getting embarrassing now.

Did he not walk/limp off the field??

Embarrassing...

Watched Killing them Softly with Brad Pitt last night, woeful.

It's attempt to be edgy and cool yet with a hard edge completely failed.
Watched it the other night as well, poor stuff, i expected it to be quite good, but as you say, completely failed.
It tried to play the story along with this political backdrop which seemed to be of no relevance at all other that to make you think it was trying to say something worthwhile, which i dont think it was

It was horrendous

Just thinking about it, with all the venues and places I've been watching Cavan - I don't think I've ever been to Celtic Park...

Derry posters, where would be the best place to park the car up around the pitch??

Brand New Proposal and this will get mass support - even in Sligo I'd say...

Get rid of the two Duffy's refereeing!!

It will improve the standard no end!!  Imagine what these two boyos would do with black cards!!

Pat has lost the plot...  Gross generalisation "Down's tactics weren't a success because they didn't win"

Right well sure any team that doesn't win the All-Ireland are a bunch of losers!!   ::) ::)

Eamonn Sweeney hit the nail on the head in today's Sunday Indo  http://www.independent.ie/sport/gaelic-football/eamonn-sweeney-time-to-put-a-sock-in-it-pat-29365782.html

Watched the 1st two episodes of Game of Thrones last night to see what all the crowing is about......

How far into the 1st season does Gandalf and Frodo come into it?

Just introducing the characters/ kingdoms etc at this stage. Bit hard to grasp it all imvho at that stage but definitely picks up.
I'll stick with it, might stick on the subtitles though for the next few episodes until I get further into it...hard to hear the weird names of lads and places sometimes!

Probably the worst part of the series is there's so many threads and some of them move slowly as a result, it's probably ideal for box set style viewing because you can fly through it and not get as lost when the shit hits the fan. Stick with it for the first ten, it'll be worth it.
Season 2 episode 10 to watch tonight, flying through them.
What was the craic with yer wan breast feeding the young lad in the Vale? Needless!

Saw that episode last night. Not much to it .......... mostly imo setting up the next series.

Now time for you to "crow" on about it like the rest of us.

Something about GoTs that gets under your skin. Difficult at beginning to get a grasp of all the characters. Personally think a more boxset type programme as opposed to the wait a week for the next episode type watching.
Couldn't wait a week, would lose track of who was who nearly.
I don't know how to explain it, but some of the scenes  are a bit cringe, I'm nearly embarrassed for the actors watching it. The acting isn't patch on Breaking Bad or The Wire.

They aren't very similar shows, unless I missed Omar capping that dragon one time.

Fool, Omar be holding up the Lannister's shit all the time

Thanks.  The minor game is this weekend.  Is it not a bit close to the leaving cert?

There are Under 16 club games next Wednesday with the Junior Cert starting one week later...
