Tried to renew so I could get the early bird price. Says I have already paid,  which I didn't do. But looking at t&c it looks like it might auto renew at the full price. Not much of a loyalty incentive there. I may be interpreting this wrong but time will tell

Well done Derry. Best team won and by beating monaghan 3 times in one season shows their superiority. But well done to dermot malone and his monaghan team. Brought us to a place where we've never been before in most of our lifetime Great season. Very proud of everyone involved

I do enjoy the BBC GAA Social.  Many of them have been top notch and there is a good balance between football or hurling, depending on who is being interviewed, and other life events.

The Kevin Hughes one last week will be hard to follow this week.  Unreal what that man has gone through.  He is a good talker, and in fairness Thomas let him talk for long period without butting in (as there was no need to interrupt).

Can pat take des with him. So many cringe moments in tonight's Sunday game. Not just des in fairness. Joanne wasn't great interviewing in the hotel either. Poor stuff.

So we were denied a stonewall penalty by  a stonewall awful referee but overall it was also a stonewall brutal performance  by monaghan.

So when is this draw happening?? Next Monday?

It is hard to know where either team is really.  Derry were impressive against Tyrone.  But was it a case that Derry were very good, Tyrone were very bad or a combination of both??  Likewise with Monaghan.  Down were poor, but they still stuck in 2 goals. Monaghan's league form was all over the place.  Should have beaten Tyrone and  Mayo but only came away with one point.  Did OK against Armagh to draw.  Awful against Kerry, good against Donegal, awful again v Kildare and played really well against Dublin.  This could come down to which Monaghan team turns up this weekend.

"There was probably more people at the Armagh -Tyrone league game than will show up at the Athletic grounds for Monaghan v Derry. "

You could still be right armaghniac but there are no more tickets available for the seated stand for Sunday.  So there should still be a decent enough crowd for this one.

Was last night the end of Peaky Blinders?? I enjoyed the first 3-4 seasons but I got a bit lost thereafter.  I thought last night was good enough episode but think overall after a blistering start it just kind of ran out of steam

It had to happen sometime.  Beggan would get caught out.  But it was the way it happened that he will be most sore about.  Hughes passed a half hearted ball to him and he waited on it.  Kerry nipped in and how Duffy was left one on one with Clifford with the whole half of the pitch wide open was criminal.  As hard as he tried there was only going to be one result.
