I'm running the Manchester marathon in a few weeks, thinking of getting 7-0 printed on a Liverpool shirt to wear for it  ;D
You should yes. It might help you run faster
Its all about the marginal gains..

Might swerve this and Loserpool thread for a while..

On a scale of 1-10, how embarrassed are you by your team and your captain?

Biggest positive today was Gakpo. Two tremendous finishes.
The centre is definitely his best position in my view.

Darwin super again. And Mo was just Mo. Genius.

Still a bit too open in defence in the period before United gave up.

Great to have some joy for a change! But need to back this up. 7 goals can sometimes mean that's our quota for the month done and I wouldn't at all be surprised (going on this season) if we score 0 v Bournemouth. So let's back this up with 3 v Bournemouth. And then 4 or 5 v Madrid 😜
I think it's a safe bet with don't beat Bournemouth alright! Remember we beat Palace 7-0 a few seasons ago and didn't win for the next 6 games or something.
Today was brilliant, absolutely brilliant but won't be worth a feck if we don't back it up in the next few games.

Souness is comedy gold at the moment. Has Neville in an awful state 😂

Carragher and Souness taking the absolute piss out of Neville, the little turd is seething 😂 he doesn't think Liverpool played well! Imagine we had!
You love to see it.

Another huge comedown for the club that were proclaiming themselves the best team of the Premier League era a couple of years ago.
Another huge comedown for the club that were proclaiming themselves as title contenders and quad contenders a couple of days ago....

Liverpool certainly made the most of their cup final if they showed that type of energy and intensity all season they'd be up challenging for the title alongside Arsenal instead of 5th place

Combination of clinical striking (7 goals from 8 on target) and woeful defending by United (Rangnick or Ole bad from last season) returned.

A heavy defeat was coming down the tracks for United, Let's not forget Man Utd have played 2 games or more a week since the World Cup. Some of these players look exhausted. Inevitable would eventually happen. Simply don't have the strength in depth to compete in 4 competitions and will be achievement in itself if United can hang on to a top 4 finish by the end of the season.
Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best....

Elbowing Liverpool players in face
Sliding in with studs up
Pushing officials
And getting absolutely thumped
The old Man U we love to hate are back
Didn't think anyone could be a bigger p***k than Bruno Fernandes, but Antony is right up there with him.
Absolutely delighted with that. Will shut a few up on here also  ;D
