Thanks for all the info gents.

Was just looking there at the Forerunner 645 Music. Argos in the north here have it priced at £200 and the official Garmin website has it priced at £350!! Some difference there.

I currently run using a Free Train vest to hold my phone for tracking activities and for listening to Spotify so the Forerunner 245 or 645 would seem to cater for all of that on your wrist.

What wireless earphones are you currently using?

Have read reviews about bluetooth issues between wireless earphones & the 645 music when running. Is this still the case or have the ironed out those issues over time?

Folks
Don't post on here very often but just looking opinions. Taken up running and cycling since the playing career has recently ended to try and keep in some sort of shape.

Looking to purchase a fitness tracker/smart watch to track runs and cycles etc. Does anyone have any decent experience with these and any recommendations?

Was contemplating an Apple Watch but the battery life just doesn't seem up to scratch for the amount of money they cost. Wouldn't want to buy something that spends more time on the charger than on my wrist. Thinking along the lines of Garmin or Polar but any suggestions would be appreciated

General discussion / Wireless Headphones

Looking to buy a pair of wireless headphones (noise cancelling not essential) and looking some advice from the nice folk on here. Looking to avoid the in-ear 1's and would prefer on-ear or over the ear

Not looking to break the bank so the likes of Bose and Beats are probably out. Headphones would be used primarily walking to and from work and used when heading out for a run in the evenings.

Sony seem to do some decent 1's and I've came across makes like Bluedio, Kit Sound, AKG and JBL at cheaper prices but unsure if they would be worth taking a gamble on.

Anyone with a pair, had a pair or any knowledge of these would be appreciated. Thanks

Agree with the last few posts, Star Trek was an excellent film with a good young cast. It was funny in parts too but overall a really enjoyable film. Id say most non-trekkies would find it good

I see that a re-make of Clash of the Titans will be out next year sometime. Really enjoyed the origina.l Love those Ray Harryheusen special effects films like Jason and the Argonauts and the Sinbad films. Hopefully the re-make of Clash wont be a pile of piss

How come players from outside the county who move to Down always end up in either the Burren vacinity or the Loughinisland vacinity? Is there some sort of weekly wage packet going on with these players or what?

I thought the early GTA games were good with the bird's eye view. I dont like the PS control system at all, hate the way you use 1 analogue to look about and the other 1 is for moving it's hard to get used to.

Anyone played that game Mirror's Edge yet?
