At that time, there wasn't such a facility in Dublin so his remains were sent to Roselawn in Belfast. After the deed was done, his relations never turned up to collect. So he is (unless someone can state otherwise) in a jar in Roselawn cemetery, Belfast.

Would be even more interesting if it wasn't for the minor points that Shaw was English and crematoriums don't just store ashes. You have to pay for them to be stored and if you don't either pay or claim them, they're disposed of.
