6 top 10s in 12 appearances, with all of them coming in the last 7 appearances. Of course he should have won one, but those results are probably as good as, if not better than, anyone else. Would suggest he will be in contention, although current form isn't great. Although that will likely be the time he wins it, when nobody thinks he can and the pressure is off

Rory's a great fella for pulling out top 10 finishes without ever really being in contention. Lots of nice low Sunday numbers after shooting a 76 on Friday or Saturday.

The 76 was on Thursday this time. He'll shoot sub-70 tomorrow to make the cut, and probably have the round of the weekend on Sunday to finish in the top 10 again. All while never being in contention.
Doc would listen to any kind of nonsense and change it for you to a kind of wisdom.

happens every year, pressure off now

v tough scoring today

Boycey

Rory not playing nearly well enough but 76 isn't a terminal score for anyone based on today's scoring...

Bord na Mona man

McIlroy is exactly on plan for another backdoor top 10 finish. Self-sabotage on Thursday and play normal after that.

Estimator

Bryson on +5 now and struggling. Rose goes from +2 after 7, to be -4 after 13.

Have to love the guys in crowd who put on the golf gear and walk in galleries.

Milltown Row2

I've Rose and Spieth along with Lowry...

Hoping Rose wins through, 7 under one to go

Forget about Rory this weekend his game is in no shape at the minute this one's gone.

Really enjoyable evenings viewing Spieth is great watching and Lowry has been excellent!!

Rose just seemed to find something after not playing well for a few years. Hard to see him hanging on given his form but means a few lads will have to go after it tomorrow to catch him.

trailer

Big fan of Speith. Golf I can relate to. Trees, 3 putts, wayward driving yet he posts a score where as I post 90 something but anyway.

Lowry going well and he's a great guy. His short game is brilliant even though he chipped into the water on 15 (really tough chip BTW) he dropped another and nearly holed it.

Rose is a sponsors wet dream. Everything is so managed. Every word carefully spoken. For that I don't real feel we get the authentic version of him. But he played some stellar golf yesterday.

McIlroy will post a 63 today.

yellowcard

Rose is in a very strong position and as a former major winner he has the mental strength to carry this through if he can maintain yesterdays form. However it is a tough task to lead from pillar to post in a major so if he can achieve this then it will be no mean feat. Spieth could be the danger for him, if his putter gets hot he is a birdie machine.

McIlroy not looking good, if he makes the cut and finishes top 20 then that is about as much as he looks capable of achieving in his current form. Lowry played very well yesterday, would be great to see him stay in contention going into the final day. He is coming in under the radar and can play without a great deal of pressure as a top 10 finish would be deemed a good performance by him given that he has never contended at Augusta.

Estimator

Coverage said conditions tomorrow morning would be better than the afternoon and morning starters would have a big advantage, so the likes of Rose, Speith, Lowry etc could post good scores!!

Lowry double on the first! :-\

Tatler Jack

Lowry starting with 2 sixes - 2 three putts. Now +2.
