30mins played Carlow giving a good account of themselves against Div one opposition again. Fair play to them! its so much better holding their own in this type of game than some "B" championship game with few at it or interested in it.

Pointless post referencing "B" championship. The reason they got this far is by playing fellow div 4 teams of their own standard. Imagine if they could do that every summer. Carlow should have had a goal.

Each to their own but I don't find a team hand passing across their own 45, poor wides, little or no kicking and pot shots from 50m intriguing. It's barely watchable IMO. I understand Carlow have to do what they can to progress but it's awful to watch. Monaghan are also running very poor angles and seem to be only able to play in front of Carlow and hope to kick from distance. Football by tactic board.
