I was training nearly 7 days a week and maybe not eatin enough.
I went from flying fit to not being able to walk up the stairs overnight after a flu last April.
I still dont feel like i can go back to traning but want to get back for the start of the season in March.
If i went for a jog i feel like id have to sleep for a week

Has anyone else suffered burnout?
How do u get over it?

What can i do???
I heard Sean Boylen has some remedies does anyone know?

That does not sound like burnout to me. It sounds more like a medical problem. Perhaps you have a deficiency of something in your diet. Id see a doctor about it.

To my understanding 'burnout' is largely psychological and not the physical effects you describe. There was a great thread about a month ago about this...
