The amount of turnovers we conceded in the 1st half of extra time was unreal and it cost us but it should never of got that far Coldrick is an absolute disgrace rode us from start to finish kept Monaghan in the game by himself the free at the end was a disgusting decision all you can ask for is fairness and Kildare didn't get that last night

If the ref was doing his job then Bolton would have got either a black or a yellow in the first half for his professional foul. Amazing leniency there. If it was a yellow and not a black (which is what I think it should have been) then Kildare would have been down to 14 in the 2nd half when he did get his black

If you want to talk soft frees look at one of the ones that Kildare got near then end on the cusack stand side. They missed it but that's hardly the refs fault.

Overall the better team one but I doubt that the dubs are losing sleep

Oh will you stop Kildare had the game won and Coldrick rescued it for Monaghan with a joke of a decision. He gave soft after soft free in the 1st half to keep Monghan in it also and Mc Manus spent spent more time diving on the ground than on his feet.

Listen - it was a foul. Soft or not. However the one against Wylie wasn't as there was absolutely no contact. You got your gift and then missed it. Get over it.

It was never a foul FFS!

If neither of the TWO defenders on McManus are able to get out in front or win the ball cleanly when it is kicked in, then it's clearly the fault of the ref and not the defenders.

No it's the refs fault for giving a nonsense decision so Monaghan could get the draw and of course it's not his fault McManus got to the ball 1st but you can't just give a free for nothing because the forward gets the ball 1st that's just nonsense

Pathetic drowned by his own hatred

If Mulhall is fit he has to play he's the best forward in the county IMO, personally I'd play Smith Fogarty and Mulhall

Monaghan are tactically clueless playing into Donegal's hands time and time again

I'll throw my hat at it if Eoghan Fla isn't starting the next day, himself and fellow sub OConnor made a big difference. Tomas' presence upset the Clare defence.
I was actually gutted for the opposition losing as that scalp, along with the hurlers being out, would have given football in the county a huge boost.
That being said glad of the win but my word so many unforced errors from experienced players Callaghan one prime culprit.

Eoghan has to start the next day simple as that

Whatever we are lacking we showed great heart and fight today the lads could of gone missing and hid but they didn't and we used the bench very well also and certainly learned a few things about the team today. Im thrilled for Alan Smith as well showed great today
