Typical that the GAA release these but still don't have fixtures for Westmeath, Laois, Carlow, Kerry, Antrim

they really don't give a toss about the Tier 2 counties

The round robin games are a response to the Super 8. Neither sport is interested in developing counties currently

Whatever two teams that are top of the tier two grade could be forced to play the AI qualifier the week before the tier two grade final is even played

Seems like this tier 2 is an afterthought to the big money spinner and being shoe horned in any which way but loose.
