Brendan Mc Laughlin had some game imo.Carmen showed some resolve to pull game our of the fire. Why go outside county for coaches when you have Ryan Daly who took on Carmen when no one else wanted it and has improved them no end.

Did carrickmore not come 13th in the league? 1 place above relegation playoffs. Great improvement get him back in the county set up

the goal was on

Big appointments incoming in ballygawley and east Tyrone by the weekend. Former Monaghan crew touted to be signed up. Think we will see a lot of movement in coming weeks as clubs try to get house in order long before Christmas! Gone were the days when clubs would meet mid jan and start to look at things

Ive been tipping O'Rourke for a Tyrone club for a lifetime. Hopefully a few of you posters start listening to me
Quite simply a case of throwing enough dung at the gable and something will stick in your case.

The obvious question is will he then play in the final playoff game. Eglish are probably lucky Pomeroy got an automatic place they should be able to see off any of the other 4 in my opinion even without McKenna.
Living the dream!!!

Degrassi Hi

Eglish still have a couple of weeks to wait to find out who they play which is far from ideal for them.
Some strange tweets following the last round of intermediate fixtures especially the Fermanagh man giving out about teams conceding fixtures - who was his dig aimed at as Beragh weren't effected?

Wasn't aimed at anyone in particular but more the integrity of the league when teams are giving points to other teams. There was an expectation in some quarters that because Beragh were safe and couldn't make the playoff they had nothing to play for against Loughmacrory and should have basically not put up a proper game and allowed then to be promoted automatically. This is ridiculous as there is always pride in the club, but we also had to make amends for the championship when many people will agree Beragh were the better team for long periods but couldn't finish out the game

GetOverTheBar

Sympathy in short supply for the lads at Loughmacrory anyway.

southtyronegael

League's finish up a mess every year. Untill we get them played in summer and finished up before championship starts then it's just the way it's going to be.

Degrassi Hi

In that case I fully agree with him and its the proper way to conduct themselves as a club fighting for every point available.  Fair play to Beragh on maintaining their intermediate status having been in junior for a good number of years
