Fermgeal

I have a feeling you are correct -but is there anyway of proving an estate agent is using sharp practise-I did feel like calling them a liar on the phone but bit my tongue!

Estate agents are still greedy f**kers and liars. I hope to sign for a house in the next few days. But in Jan I had a bid for a house accepted. 2 days later a higher offer was made so I said thanks but no thanks. 2 weeks later I had a call from the estate agent looking to know if I was still interested I was not-so they must have went back to the bidder I beat-he to declined. The house is now on the market for 15000 less than I offered. I also had a bid of £145000 turned down on another property which is now on for £135000. One word of advice do not listen to one word these lying f**ks say. Just look at property news-very few houses are shifting still anywhere.

In the day I would bring a bottle of Buckie and 12 Tennants and 40 Snouts- doubt if I could drink that now. Once at a party I drunk the usual before tucking into a bottle of bushmills I had bought the host. I ended up walking down the M1 towards Lurgan at 4.30am-no idea how a got there. One other chap at the party ended up spending the night wrapped up in a carpet in the coalshed!! Crazy Days and Crazy Nights!!

I would have to agree with Roger-the masons have been in decline for years in the north. My Father in law is one and to this end I had lunch with him a few years ago in rosemary st (think that building is closed now) lovely food by the way. I do not know what they get up at thier meeting but they do organise charity events BBQ's that kind of thing. From what I gather most of them would be very old my father in law is in his early 60's and would be one of the younger ones. I don't think that they have issues with the Catholic church as he attended my kids christening no problem. They have no links with the OO-my father in law detests them however yuo can be in both

Is Rosemary St the place near the entrance to Victoria Square?

No the rest of them have pinpointed it-can't miss it-talking of the 3 C's-anybody been in it have walked past often enough is the drink cheap?
Some boys in our place are avoiding the usual hunts and heading to the busmens club for a pint as it is a lot cheaper than the pubS?

General discussion / Newspaper article Helpl

I have just been on the Newshound website and read a rather odd article by Jim Cusack. In it he describes people as "Scobes" I have not heard this before. From reading his article I assume that this term would be used to describe someone who is not to bright. Would this be the case and where did it come from??

I got a Willie McCrea leaflet the other day. It was about the size of a takeaway menu-yet he managed to have 11 photos of himself on it. Vain F**ker

You gotta love  calling himself an "agent" working for the branch as if he was recruited for his intellect and guile. He was nothing but a 2 bob tout who loved money more than his family and friends. Suffering from depression and to much drink living on benefits good enough for the c**t

Reading in the Irisn news today that dole for a single man is €204  per week when it works out at about €54 in the North-no wonder there is so much dole tourism going on!!
