Could anyone confirm the format for relegation/ promotion playoffs? Is it the same as last season? Last year Derrylaughran finished 16th, resulting in automatic relegation, Clonoe finished 15th and had to travel to 14th place Moy in play off, resulting in a Moy victory. Moy then played division 2 pronation play off winners Edendork, Edendork winning AET.
Is this the same format this year? I heard there was a proposal to change format of play offs but not sure if that passes or if it is for next season. I don't have a horse in this race, just curious, a lot of twists and turns over the next 3 weekends.

Does anyone have gradings for u15s? Interested in compiling a list of what grades a club is playing at for each age group. U19, U17 & U13 are on the tyronegaa website but no info for u15.

Had a test a 4pm on 27th and result at 10.30 am on 28th.
Does it depend on where you get the test ?

Enniskillen.

Wife and her sister tested at same time as me, one back positive one negative. Still no word myself.

Does anyone know turn around time for PCR test results in the North? They state 24-48 hours and I know there is a huge backlog at present, waiting over 48 hours now.

Would have been 15 - 24 hours up until this latest variant Peter. Our last took over 35 hrs (a week ago). Will prob land soon, if not, it could come back tomorrow 'void' and you'd have to retest. Serious backlog though as you say

Cheers.

What are the different possible outcomes for relegation at the bottom of division 2? Augher & Strabane are already gone. Aghaloo, Stewartstown, Beragh, Killeeshil, and Tattyreagh are all still in the mix. Probably advantage Beragh as they have two games left.

4th December:
Beragh v Owen Roes

12th December:
Killeeshil v Aghyaran
Owen Roes v Tattyreagh
Stewartstown v Aghaloo
Naomh Eoghan v Beragh

Not many lads currently playing club football in Tyrone with 3 O'Neill Cup medals.
Eoin McCusker with 3? What about Dromore's other elder statesmen some must have 2, Ronan McNabb, Niall Sludden, Conor O'Hara, Ciaran McCoy, Sean McNabb? Coalisland must have a few going for 3 as well, Maccers, Plunkett Kane, Niall Kerr, Paddy Buck, Brian Toner and maybe Jason Carberry? Dromore or Fianna posters can confirm.

Who is Hamill?
Is Brendan Burns part of the squad still?
Have heard Ronan Nugent, Galbally, mention also as being part of the squad?

Shea Hammill Donaghmore. Would have been on the same minor team that McKenna, Burns, McShane ect were on that reached the AI final in 2013.

Nugent has been long due a look at but haven't heard him being called up. A better player for me than the likes of C McCann and McDonnell and midfield is a problem area for us.

Yes, he had a brilliant year at that stage on the minor team, has he been excelling with Donaghmore in recent years? Has he played any football at University level? Likewise, Aidan Clarke, Omagh, has he been involved with u20s or University squads?

Ronan Nugent certainly as good if not better than others involved, maybe slightly unlucky with injuries but would like to see him get a chance.

I take back what I said about the price of the game, I would have paid it ten times over!

Fair play to the Clarke's winning the cup after 64 years, and doing it in some fashion, there's only so many times you can go to the well before it runs dry but by God do they have a deep well up on the hill of O'Neill.

Some excellent individual performances from the dungannon men, Matty Walsh had an amazing game to nulify Matty Donnelly, between Mark McKearney and the Jones brothers they covered every blade of grass twice over. Big Paudie and Oran Mallon where brilliant in the middle third with their high fielding and driving runs into the Trillick defence. As usual they got a huge impact from their bench with Paddy Quinn and Keifer both having great games and getting scores at crucial times. Finally, big Donaghey if there's one thing this fella doesn't lack is confidence, things weren't going his way with a few wides but he continued to keep plugging away at the whole thing and got a few scores and played some good ball into Quinn and Kiefer when they came on.

With that being said Trillick also had some outstanding preformances, Lee Brennans goal was as good a bit of individual creativity as we will see, young Ciaran Daly was very impressive for a 17 year old. When Lee kicked the equaliser at the end of extra time, the high press that Trillick went with put Dungannon under some pressure, the TV camera picked it up really well they had 5 players pushed up inside the 13 meter line hunting the ball with everything they had.

Regarding the penalities, TTM in their live video where reporting that had Barker missed the county board where ready to pull it before going to a third round. My only thought about penalties is that it is difficult enough to take one never mind having to step up to kick a second time, would it not be more viable to go with the 6th kicker etc. when it goes to sudden death?

Congrats to the Clarke's, another poster said how they had made an occasion out of the final and what an occasion it was! Enjoy

£8 to watch intermediate final tonight & £10 for Trillick v The Clarke's tomorrow, £2 to buy a digital programme. I can't imagine many outside of the clubs involved will purchase the programme, but I'm sure there will be a lot tuned into both games over the weekend and £18 is surely a bit much to ask.

Disappointing not to see the new reserve structures go ahead. Looking at the above numbers of games not fulfilled it is clearly a broken system, I can't possibly see why we would want to continue with it.

The strangest thing about the current system is playing in the league your senior team is in. For example, Aghaloo won the junior league last year however their reserves finished 13th in the Division 3 reserve league, how does it make any sense that they should also move up to Division 2 reserve football?

Kildress reserves finished top of Division 3, unbeaten in the league, the following year still playing in Division 3.
Cookstown and Eglish reserves both finished 6th in their respective leagues, but as a result of their senior team's relegations they must both play in lower leagues the following year.
