Hi,
I'm a final-year History-Sociology student at the University of Warwick and I'm working on a sociology dissertation based on the relationship between sports and national identity, with particular reference to Northern Ireland and the Republic, and looking especially at GAA, rugby and football. I've designed a survey and if anyone would be willing to spend about 10 minutes completing it you would help me out enormously and I'd be incredibly grateful. The web link is here:

If anyone has any questions or thoughts I'd be more than happy to hear them, so feel free to mail me. The project will be carried out in accordance with the ethical guidelines established by the British Sociological Association, and anonymity would be guaranteed.
Really hoping some of you can help!
All the best.

Done. It looks like a good questionnaire. Good luck with it.

It's a good topic. Have you covered Ice hockey in Canada? They reckon it's one of the few things that holds the country together.

Which country where you born in?
Northern Ireland - can o' worms opened there Hyuihr :)

Done, hope to see the results

I know it's probably important for some, but really hate it when sport / nationality / religion / politics et al, get thrown into the one big blender; although I do believe that sport may be cultural (hope it's not mixed up with national identity though).

Some nice "be consistent" type questions on the survey though.

Oh yeah, done it

Do you have to write done when you're done?

Only if you found it really tiring like me, "christ I'm done"
