It was a really poor offside decision.

As for the penalty, Arshavin should've gone down. Linesman was up with play though and should have flagged but there were other chances - Chamakh rattled the crossbar and Bendtner had chance at the end.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.
