How did the ref not see that?
No complaints Arsenal way better side in second half.

No they weren't  :-\

Eboue was great tonight as well as Gallas.

Some save by Almunia.

No doubt the delusionalists will claim a peano at the end but it was a never a free kick in the first place.

Still not a great performance but the confidence will be helped, jaysus watching Arsenal trying to close a game is not good it would like watchiing John Terry going to a knocking shop and asking him not to have sex.

Not gone yet!!!!!!

Even if Chelsea get an equaliser, it's a good night for the Gunners.

Nice to get an ugly 3 points. Arsenal's back four were steady but came up against little. Song and Diaby provided decent protection. That's about it.

Something has to be done about Walcott. Wenger was doing his nut.

Fabregas - "I might have touched it a wee bit with my hand." Maybe he didn't say wee.

If Arsenal are serious about this, they should be targeting the 7 wins next up before the Spurs game.

'he got so many decisions wrong that maybe another won't hurt.'

LAUGH OUT LOUD

Webb is awful.

ONeill

And Webb's going to the World Cup.

Thats the baldy git, innit?

He's done Arsenal no favours in the past if my memory serves me right

arsenal keep on getting niggly injuries, must be something up with the training or medical treatment, dont think we've had a full squad to pick from in any game this season
why travel direct

Pleasant video of the Arsenal v Liverpool game. Captures it perfectly for anyone who has been over - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8oGGm13qWo&feature=player_embedded

What about tomorrow night's game folks? It's been really low-key heading into the champs league for some reason. I suppose all talk has been about Beckham v Man United. Arsenal need to up the tempo.

Serious match. I remember last year Porto v unlucky to be beat by United. They're a decent team.

I'm worried for us if we play the way we have been. Would prob be happy enough with a narrow defeat, maybe 1-0/2-1. Would love a goal. 1-1 would set us up nicely.

Arshavin out is obv a miss, but he's been in the worst form of his Arsenal career. Perhaps Eduardo and Bendtner can form a more effective away partnership. Fingers crossed anyway.

ONeill

Good few out tonight, Eduardo, Gallas and Arshavin being hard felt.

The Hulk is one to Watch Tonight  ;)

interesting to see Wenger Comparing Porto as the Portuguese Arsenal (fair point) but I'm sure Arsenal would love to have two European Cups in the bag

i Expect Porto to win tonight but Arsenal to win the Tie
