Na it's a dead rubber game. Wenger needs to announce he is stepping down at the end of season, he deserves a long goodbye and a proper send off.

The problem wasn't the absence of Sanchez, although it obviously didn't help. It's Wenger's ridiculous decision to play Xhaka and Coquelin together in midfield. Xhaka is an awful footballer and two defensive minded players was completely unnecessary against a defence as shambolic as Liverpool's.

They should have attacked Liverpool, who would have crumbled like they usually do when forced to defend.
