Last time I checked you get the same 3 points for 1-0 as 5-0. They were hammered 8-2, a win in their next game is all that mattered after that.

He has some record this calendar year.

Strange game. Dortmund are a tidy side - Arsenal have no discernible pattern as you'd expect with the likes of Merte, Benny, Arteta and Gervinho barely having played together.

Defensively Arsenal have no strategy at all - all for one. As Gerry says, thank the Lord for RVP!

Walcott really is a crap player at this level. He has brilliant pace which gets him into goalscoring positions or offers him great attacking options. However, 98.4% of the time he wastes it. You just hope that the 1.6% success rate occurs in a big game.
