Sadly I made the mistake to back Milan to top the group earlier in the competition (along with Real Madrid) and I could pay for it tonight as this will probably be the first away game Celtic have taken seriously in years.  Milan have it all to do to top the group and I would say they will have their top team out.  Celtic could very well run out 2 or 3 nil winners here.

Look at their record, 15 losses in their last 16 away European games.  As a world footballing superpower if they had taken those games seriously they would have probably won at least 15 of them

I remember a young Aidan McGarry catching my eye on a cold winters morning at the Dub in a freshers match, I'm not sure which club he played for but he was playing for Queens that day.  His free taking was something else, he scored 3 10 and looked like a county player in the making.  A real classy centre half forward, I know this because I was marking him! 

Unfortunately I think he took to the booze a bit and lost interest and his fitness.  I hear he is working in Lavey now and hasn't touched a football in 10 years, but everyone who seen him in action would agree with my assessment.

Does anyone know what happened to Setanta's, Ballymoney?  I played for them a few of years back but have since moved away, I noticed they don't seem to be in the league this year.  I think it is a shame if certain elements in the town have had their way and the club has folded, they had one or two decent players and seemed to be fostering a great parish identity.  I hope it is not related to Liam Beckett's comments that it was introducing a Republican element into Ballymoney.
