I hear you Gold. The first day back tomorrow is casting a gloomy shadow over my Tuesday evening. I'm heading out to watch 'Juno' in the cinema now in the hopes that a good comedy will lift the dreariness!

Half way through the first day back, slept like crap and have a big meeting to attend in 40 minutes, all I wanna do is go home and hide from everyone :'(

But sure 'tis nearly Friday :D

I can't sleep either... surprise surprise. Work in the morning... Post Christmas blues setting in. Going to see Chris Rock live in London on the 26th January. That'll help with the January blues and get me through the next number of weeks.

I think we should start some sort of insomnia club.

We'd need a good name. Plus no members from America logging on, pretending they can't sleep.

Maybe that could be our name?

We'll have to get some budding graphic designer to draw up a logo for us.

Sitting at my desk now feeling depressed, sad and overweight. Shall hit the GYM tonight blow out the cobwebs and start the old training in preparation for the (my last season) season ahead.
