Tell me more about these 2 Parishes?

It's one big Parish. Covers a huge area. They also pick up the best players from Neighbouring clubs.

Rees Mogg is a slimey, posh, stuck up horrible little Englander and Carruthers didn't go hard enough on him last night!!!

He is indeed nauseating to look at and listen to. He is so far detached from the reality of Ireland and what Brexit means over here. The way he dismissed the relevance of a visit to the border area said all about is opinion of Ireland.  Are the DUP really so stupid not to realise that they will be dropped like a stone as soon as they are no longer needed.

My offer to humble gallsman is not exclusive to this discussion - it's been an ongoing thing with him.  Most of his responses to me in discussions start with an insult. He doesn't know how to play the ball and I'd be happy to play the man if we ever did cross paths.  It's unfair to push that on anyone who votes no. And to be fair there are a fair few aggressive yes voters on this thread.

It's not hard to debate and discuss like adults. I have to draw a line somewhere and say enough is enough if I am being continually insulted. I wouldn't stand for it in person and I certainly am within my rights to call it out here.

Id say youd finish him like a woman finishes an embryo with the morning after pill..

You really are an odious poster...

Apples - wasn't accusing you of "Free State" bashing if you read my post and the post I responded to.
Anyway of course economics and cost will be the decider for most.
Ifa "Border poll" was held tomorrow I'd say 40% would vote to stay with the UK no matter what, 20% for UI no matter what. Without a coherent plan for UI the other 40% will vote to stay as well.
In 20 years time we'll be at 25/35/40 but if there's a coherent plan devised etc etc hopefully that will be 40/28 and with 32 up for grabs.

In 20 years time I think there is a good chance there will be a UI. There will most certainly have been at least one border poll. I don't expect the first one to be successful and it will take 2 or 3 to get the desired result.

Just trying to gather some opinion. Ive recently been thinking about offer a bike cleaning service, would people be interested, or reluctant to let another man touch their machine? I was thinking a decent price point might be around 12 for full clean, with drivetrain degrease and lube reapplied. Thoughts?

Great idea. Where are you based?

Keep on fighting Fergie. Hopefully he makes a full recovery. Was heartening to see such kindness towards him in the last few days.

Reports yesterday that he was awake and talking to the doctors.

Fair play to cliftonville players and fans. Anthem completely drowned out by the fans and players standing with arms linked and heads bowed. Now go and win it.

Currently 2-1 down.  :(

The problem for the SDLP is basically that the majority of the nationalist community are republican at heart, those that vote anyway. The SDLP missed a trick as they turned light green and hung their hat on making NI work. At its inner most core the nationalist community is not interested in Westminster or in Stormont and that is why the Shinners get the vote. Add into that a growing younger generation of nationalist that refuse to tone down its identity or doff the cap to superior unionist culture. Had the SDLP really felt the heart beat of their community they would have understood this. The SDLP are still wed to the old unionist adage of SF/IRA and nationalists by and large don't accept this as a black and white situation.

There's a lot of people who vote SF in the North who don't care one iota about a UI. They merely vote SF to keep the other lot in check. In this instance they voting against the DUP and not for SF.
People equate what is happening in the North as normal politics. This is as far removed from everyday politics as you can get. Reading too much into vote shares is pointless.

Complete and utter nonsense.

Madrid will make hay against that defence all right but Liverpool will also score. Should be a goal fest.

The most precious possession you have in this world is your own people. If given the option I would most definitely vote no. My wife and I were unable to have children so we adopted. One of our youngsters birth mom was raped. We now have one of our greatest gifts. Loves to play hurling, sing, play soccer, Irish dance play guitar you name it he's trying his hand at it. This little man is so handsome and kind he makes life worth living. We couldn't imagine life without our wee ones.

Brilliant post. Vote No.

Must be hard to understand that a chap representing 400,000,000 people in negotiations with a Government representing 60,000,000 doesn't give 2 flying fcuks for a group representing 240,000 who live in a fantasy world.
This really is senior hurling.

Correct and the DUP are sending out Jamie Bryson to play for them😂

They are completely exposed now on the international scene and this will be their downfall. The big players have realised how backward they are and are just ignoring them. They are starting to realise that they are pretty much irrelevant and this will kill them. Enjoyable viewing to be honest.  ;D
