What greater legacy can a gaelic man have than to be indelibly associated to his era of magical gaelic football and his tough but dashing dublin team.  Our Gaelic folklore was created by these people - RIP Kevin Heffernan,  the Bill Shankley, Matt Busby or Jock Stein of Dublin GAA.

Legend of a man.
The GAA in Dublin (and Ireland) would be very different if he hadn't overseen the Dublin revolution of the 70s.

Great footballer, even better manager. RIP.
I'm gonna show you as gently as I can how much you don't know.

From the Bunker

A good footballer and a decent Hurler i hear too. Don't see this as a sad day! Kevin has lived to a decent age and his life and achievements should be celebrated. Changed the game in the 70's and had an influence on how the game is played today. RIP

Donnellys Hollow

A gentleman.
