Well, I have no problem saying our managers are not at the level to built our team to All Ireland level. They inherited a team that Mickey Harte built, a team that had been to an a final 2 seasons before and the addition of a couple of forwards helped. What they did do was take the defensive shackles off that team, and for that they deserve credit and our respect. The team was able to express themselves and the result was an All Ireland.

However building a team on solid defensive and attacking principles is a different thing.

Avro is simple, but can be deeply moving to the ear.

interest ratee s going up.

Advise, should I settle on the interest being offered and fix it for two years, or will the interest rate drop by 0.25% Or go variable for 5/6 months?

If Glasses has a career that has given as much to Irish society as Brolly he will be a content man.
You want something done or need help, go to Brolly.

Damian Casey RIP was just awarded the Nickey Rachard player of the year in hurling and there hasn't been mention of it here. Think it was the second time he won it. Stevie o Neill got more comments for winning an over 40s compo. That reflects badly on ye lads.

Do any of these guys play in coalisland firsts?

They also Transferred in the 2 McHughs from Clonoe, Tiernan O'Neill and Shane Harte from Brocagh...along with several youth players in the last 2/3 years.

In fairness the mchughs saw what was coming down the tracks ... clonoe put more effort into their teeny boppers these days than on the pitch itself  ;)

Its a long road where there isn't a turning  :o ;D ;D ;D ;D

all that recruiting only to take a trimming

What is peoples views on the commemoration in Clonoe?

Up to the club but should exclude them from Stormont funding.
If you are of this opinion, surely the fact that they honour the "Irish Republican terrorist" M.J O'Rahilly every single day of their existence should exclude them from such funding anyway?

I mean, I would have thought it more acceptable to commemorate members of their own club & community than a man with no attachment to the area at all.

Perhaps, however, there is some Old IRA mental gymnastics at play here.

Don't you just love people who have an opinion and are totally ignorant of any facts.

The way All-Ireland role of honour could have been the last ten years however Kerry, Mayo found ways to lose the 2011, 2013,2016,2017,2019 finals more than Dublin won them.

good grief :o

reminds me of the very famous quote, the more I practise the luckier I get.

Errigal won't win the championship, this group and haven't for a while had the balls for it. Might bt us but winning it outright, NO!
County champions are serious odds.
