Did Ulster ever have a hurling championship involving all 9 counties? If so, when was it last played?

There was an attempt at it for a few years in the late 2000s with London included as well. It was heavily seeded based on league position if I recall correctly

Nothing ever involving the whole 9 counties that I can see.

One of the things I remember was Armagh played Derry say and the winner played Down then the winner played Antrim in the final.

From 2008 through 2010 all 9 counties competed in a highly seeded competition. In 2011 Cavan dropped out and in 2012 it was back to only the stronger counties.

Ah right, didn't realise that was the format, but in the end there was just nowhere in the calendar suitable to play it as I recollect Down were asked to play a CR game on the Saturday and then Antrim in the final up in Derry on the Sunday, Ulster Council weren't for budging and it lost a lot of support for it after that in Down anyway.
