If there were any brains in Tyrone they would a fixed the replay for Saturday evening and charged £7-£8 in,

They would have made more money with the xtra neutrals that I'm sure who would a been at it, instead they will be in Celtic Park,Athletic grounds or Clones

I think some people in Omagh do have a certain amount of balls

Last year down in Ardboe I witnessed some of the players oul dolls having more balls than their sons

Stand out players over the weekend were clearly 2 x Sluddens and Mark Bradley. Let it be said that Tyrone have been crying out for a free taker and from memory I don't think Lee Breenan missed any yesterday. Great off the ground especially when having to judge a swirling wind around Pomeroy. Some may say he's young but if he's good enough, he's old enough

Mark Bradley never stopped moving and Was constantly looking the ball. Serious player

Whoever Dromore draw might just fancy their chances with no Mc Cusker. Arguably the best Non County Player this last 5/10 years

Dede Mulgrew at 18years oul gave McCarron his fill of it yesterday

Dromore and Killyclogher probably look the two teams most likely to win it out.
[/quote] Eamon McHugh very poor today ! He denied Ardboe a stone wall penalty; was about 50'yards away from the incident but why can't he ask his assistants for help,! Had Ardboe scored the penalty it would have been all square and all to play for! I can say without fear of contradiction is that Coney will never don another Tyrone jersey unless he gets a game for the over 40s some time !

Kyle Coney is an embarrassment to the orange and blue jersey he should a got the curly finger after about 15 mins

The same ref might I add was heard at an U-16 game saying that he would screw Ardboe at his next available opportunity

Is that the correct mindset of a referee coming to a club championship game ?

Being a referee you have to be consistent and fair,

All referees and officials are welcome in Ardboe but not if they arrive with a grudge and an agenda

Ask the Errigal management if they thought the game was done fairly they will be the first to admit that they should never have got the penalty never mind get taking it twice nor the 13m free to draw the game

As for Benny Hurl I think it's laughable that your actually questioning his position on Tyrone Management Committee

I for one think he's doing a fantastic job

Ardboe nominated him for the position

70% of the voters at the county AGM agreed by public vote he was the man for the job so I suggest if you feel different get your club to nominate someone else who is willing to give up a lot of their free time and put up with plenty of shit and let the voters decide

Obviously a great performance from the Seniors against a very poor Derry side.

However, that Tyrone Minor team is one of the worst I've seen in a long time. There are a lot of young players in the County who could put up a better performance than those on the field today.

As bad a side that I've seen in years, Paul Dook oftener on the pitch and closer til the ball sometimes than some of the players

I know of at least 3 lads overlooked this year not because of their ability but perhaps you the colour of the club jersey they wear

Could someone from Carrickmore confirm that young shortie loughran must a been injured,he wasn't even on the bench.

Nope he is not injured. From what I have heard he only found out this morning that he wasn't togging out. If there is 24 better minors on the county than him than Tyrone should be walking the all Ireland.  If he was from Moortown he would be on and vice captain to his son.
is Paul Dook the manager? If he is the pure dogs bollix for making me feel like asking the previous manager to come back . Carmen and Ardboe in the county minor final and I didn't see many from these clubs on the match programme . Norris out of Coronation Street would have done a better job !

In fairness to Paul Dook he only had 2 moortown men on the starting team and young James is a fine footballer in hisown right. If anything Dooks need to combine county and club comitments prob work to the disadvantage to both this year. Moortown won 0 league games this year due to not playing county players and went in under cooked against their neighbours in championship semi. I would agree with the point on young Loughrans omission. Has been a quality player at youth level over the years as two has conor shields from clougher surprised he didnt make startinf 15.

Obviously you weren't at the game

There were 3 from Moortown who started and two of whom had til lie in a bath of ice to cool them after the roasting they got

Not to long ago Paul Dook was the next Messiah round the Moortin, now he's seen as the false prophet from his own committee

Do the Omagh boys not like Benny because of the day he scared them all stiff in Pomeroy in 98?

I was there that day - the smell of Omagh filling them was rotten!

:D
That aroma was in Ardboe the year, their mammys put up more of a fight :'( :'(

lads calm down. i only asked whats in the notebook and how did he get appointed you know the process. was it given to him did he apply was he interviewed etc etc. whats personal about that. has hes been given a budget for example maybe thats an account he keeps in that wee book. by the way great to see ardboe posters on hear have all got their chips of their shoulder. if you have talented young footballers dont destroy them with the ould ardboe way, bust round you win nothing and protect the ardboe tradition. 21st century is here lads.
Obviously you don't know a pile, the man was voted in by a majority vote at the County Agm last December,he rote Skinner aff in the vote
