Australian Skilled Migrant Worker Visa - Partner?

Hi. I've been looking online and am trying to find a definitive answer to this question.
I can qualify for a skilled migrant visa because of my college education, occupation & work experience since I graduated.

Does anybody know definitively - what the situation would be as regards including my girlfriend on the visa?
She would not qualify for a visa on her own. She has had steady employment over the past 8 years or so but her occupation would not be on the list of skills shortage occupations.
