Are you sure about that?

I always seen it  spelt Shay when he was playing. Never Shea

Maybe Shay is on  here and could confirm

His name has always been Shea Fahy in any newspaper article etc. that I have ever read.

Sé is short for Séamus which is Irish for James - that just might have been the origin.

Seamus Murphy- won 4 All-Irelands 59-70
Diarmuid Murphy
Connie Murphy- the only Kerry All-star not to win an All-Ireland

Can't believe I forgot Jimmy Barry.
Would I be right in saying he won football and hurling All Ireland's?

Also I had a vague idea Sean O'Neill had a relative played for Down. Didn't know it was a brother.

The Connie Murphy one is a quiz question I'll use at some point. Brilliant stat.

To he person who raised the O'Sullivans great call.

Just need to phrase it correctly as Karl O'Dwyer is another Kerry man to win an All-Star and not win an All-Ireland, but he was a Kildare All-Star not a Kerry one.

Galway later got revenge and went on to win All-Ireland.
