The big one in the Bronx to get the whole show started.  Is this the year New York produce the shock?
They have been training very hard since early January, Mickey Coleman from Ardboe has been putting them through their paces. Leitrim have been very poor in the league but the fact they were having competitive matches gives them a big advantage.
NY team

Jackson (Derry)
O Regan (Clare)
Lambe (Monaghan)

Conor Lynam at half forward is a very good player. Forgotten all about Rory Woods thought he had retired.

Carmen Stateside

Yeah hearing good reports on Lynam.  Woods back giving him bother.

theticklemister

Woods back will give also give other players a sore head listening to him ;D  ;D

Carmen where in derry is the jackson fella from. New york any friendlies played?

Carmen Stateside

Jackson from Magherfelt I think. Will find out for sure. Daniel his first name.  Only games played have been among themselves and against some of the club teams here.  Not ideal prep.

Must be the same Lynam that starred against the Dubs around 2009? scored 3 from play or something

It's CONNACHT please.  >:( >:( >:(
NY to win and then they will refuse to travel to Ireland to play Sligo for the usual reasons.
The Prenty Council will then order Sligo to go to NY , they will refuse and be disqualified so the game between Ros and Herrins/Rhus to be the Connacht Final.
