Jammy Bastid...Newcastle is some spot. I can't remember half the names of the Bars but there are a series of them all in one street leading up to "The Gate" you have Tiger Tiger, Players, Sam Jacks etc all in the Gate. there is the MOOD night club too, think that Sam Jacks bar is the one with the famous "Dentist Chair" (Gazza).

The Gerodie people are friendly and good craic too...Enjoy.

As has been said just head for 'The Gate' for nights out, you can't go wrong really.

Rough as f**k, if you stand in the one spot too long you will probably stick to the carpet. We spent a great full day in there on a stag a couple of years ago. There were plenty of "characters", good football crowd in if Newcastle are playing at home and the cheapest pint in town!!!!

Great spot!! The last time I was there was about 10 years ago but we had great craic.

The Geordies are well up for a laugh and the women wore next to nothing and it absolutely freezing. I remember coming out of a nightclub and it was like a scene from Armageddon, people lying about the place  being sick, others that drunk they could hardly stand. But we had a great time. I think we were in that Gate place someone talked about.

Highlight of the night was when we were in the nightclub and the Geordie Dancer appeared and did a stage show. . . one of the strangest things I've ever seen!!

Been on a few stags there ul defo end up in the big market at the end of the night or that area as you will find some of the 'trendier' bars like floritas, house of smith or tup tup might not allow stag dos in (grab yourself some newcastle lasses and ul be fine)
Tiger tiger is cheap during the day, actually generally anywhere else and there are plenty of bars for sport, the shark sports bar up by st james park is packed with lovely ladies waitressing and decent grub too.

Either way you wont go far wrong and you will have a great time.

Happy days.  It's a one night thing with 19 or so going, so I doubt we'll end up anywhere trendy.

You'll not go wrong, I've been to 2 stags there ... proper spot for nights out... the Geordies are great craic but you'll end up with all the other dickheads from other parts of England heading up there for the same thing...
