Quote from: Brendan on Today at 10:53:27 AM2 points for a score outside a new Arc being proposed, won't somebody please think of the groundsmen!
Brian Sheehan reckons we haven't got 15 players across the country that can score from distance on a consistent basics.

Galway ahead of Donegal?

Only because they were division 1.

Wouldn't be much in it.
think 2 to 8 could all beat each other.

8th are Tyrone, unlikely on this years form.
They could and probably should have beaten Donegal the first day though

Could even bring Donegal to penalty shootout like Armagh did and Tyrone learnt little going by Donegal beating them by a bit to spare last weekend.

Galway,Kildare,Donegal,Tyrone some decent teams in the tier two section and all should take it serious and aim to win it.

Some piece of work. No question he's the worst president in the history of United states of America.

Yet, with the current state of the world, he's a good bet to double down on that. We could be in for a dark next five years.

Yet all the war started after he left office??

Not sure where you've been but the US have been involved directly or indirectly in hundreds of wars for many decades

Living under a rock he's been?  and within the first two years of Trumps administration, Trump launched far more drone and lethal strikes than Obama in his full term.

Whereas Obama merely destabilised the whole middle east and North Africa.

This clueless or just an act?

Quote from: gallsman on May 30, 2024, 10:33:26 PMHe looked like complete shit. Very weary.

As it stands, he'll still sleepwalk his way to victory. Gaza and the fact sleepy Joe is completely senile gonna be too much to overcome.
Trump no different lets be fair.

A draw it is so.

Quote from: imtommygunn on May 22, 2024, 09:16:29 PMVincent Kompany looks like he's going from getting Burnley relegated to managing Bayern Munich?
Pep said he's a good lad though! Harry Kane is really having a mare at Bayern.  Kompany should have come under more pressure last year at Burnley don't know why the media weren't all over him.

Is Kane having a mare (44 goals in 45 games is some mare) or is Bayern having a mare?

He scored a lot of goals,  always will,  he really though is jinxed. He went there to win trophies and they have their first barren year in over a decade....poor 'Arry!

Do feel sorry for him, he seems like a good spud all the same, but Bayern won't be down for long that's for sure

Seems like it and also talks like he has a spud in his mouth. Bayern Munich will likely be back winning trophies again once they part ways with 'Arry!

Quote from: Capt Pat on May 26, 2024, 09:27:40 PMI think Ten Hags main job was to make progress in the premier league and in Europe. He failed abysmally at that task, getting knocked out of Europe completely at the first hurdle and dropping to a poor 8th in the premier league. Does the fa cup win make up for that. I don't think so. He was lucky to face an off form City in the final.

The only question to be answered is who replaces him.

Didn't Arteta in his first two seasons with Arsenal finish 8th in the Premier League and winning the FA Cup was deemed a success?  As for luck Manchester City were average club until they were lucky that their current billionaire owners chose them.

Derry two point winners in the end and look like the team to beat in the All Ireland series. It's Longford for Armagh next and Dublin for Derry I'll be surprised if the two Ulster finalists don't progress to the All Ireland semi finals.

Quote from: jcpen on May 26, 2024, 12:52:43 PMA bit like Armagh in the Ulster Final  ;D

Armagh objectives this season. Promotion to Division 1 and reach the last eight of the championship anything else will be bonus.  What about your own Laois will they even reach the latter stages of the Tailteann cup? or are you more focused on the hurlers and the where the upcoming Joe McDonagh Cup final will be Laois to lose.

Highly competitive 1st half between two well matched teams.  Half time Armagh 1-3 Derry 0-7
